In this lesson, we are going to talk about the months of the year.

When we say Christmas is in December or January. The word December and January are months of the year. Just like December and January, there are other months in a year.

There are a total of 12 months in a year. One year is divided into 12 months.

1 year = 365 days = 52 weeks = 12 months

Below are the 12 months in a year. Each month has a different number of days.

January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November, December.

January is the first month. It has 31 days.

February is the second month. It has either 28 days or 29 days. In common years, it has 28 days and in leap years, it has 29 days.

March is the third month. It has 31 days.

April is the fourth month. It has 30 days.
